Posljednja istraživanja naučnika pokazala su seizmološke dokaze o postojanju vode u tečnoj formi na planeti Mars, piše BBC.

Nalazi dolaze iz nove analize podataka sa NASA Mars InSight Landera, koji je sletio na planetu 2018. Lander je nosio seizmograf, koji je bilježio vibracije - Marsove potrese - tokom četiri godine sa dubokih dijelova Crvene planete.

Analizom tih potresa - tačno kako se planeta kreće - otkriveni su seizmološki signali tečne vode. Analiza je otkrila rezervoare vode na dubinama od oko 10 do 20 kilometara u Marsovoj kori.
